Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured therapy that encourages the patient to focus briefly on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories. EMDR therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.

Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a modified type of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) which teaches people how to live in the moment, develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and improve their relationships with others.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) focuses on modifying dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thoughts by challenging negative or irrational beliefs. CBT, a "solutions-oriented" form of talk therapy, is based on the principle of thoughts and perceptions having influence on ones behavior.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Psychodynamic therapy (PDT) is a form of talk therapy that explores the connection between a patient's past experiences – often from childhood – and their current mindset. Psychodynamic therapy is primarily used to treat depression and other serious psychological disorders, especially in those who have lost meaning in their lives and have difficulty forming or maintaining personal relationships.
